oa::matrix::div

Divide two FP32 matrices elementwise using multidirectional broadcasting. Shapes use multidirectional broadcasting over at most eight axes. The call records device work and returns without a host wait. Errors Returns an error when the shape, dtype, ownership, allocation, or recording contract fails.
