oa::CapturedResourceDesc

Handle-free lifetime and stable-frame evidence for one captured resource. Resource IDs follow deterministic graph-resource order and never expose a Vulkan handle or bindless descriptor. Alias-candidate state records completed liveness, external-output, and storage-owner qualification; physical storage is not shared until a later materialization stage succeeds transactionally.
