oa::matrix::concat

Concatenate one or more same-dtype matrices along one axis. This is the direct Rust spelling of OA C++ FnMatrix::concat. One semantic operation lowers to one copy-region dispatch per nonempty input. Errors Returns an error when there are no inputs, rank is outside one through four, dtype, engine, rank, or non-concatenated extents differ, the axis is invalid, shape or shader-ABI arithmetic overflows, allocation fails, or recording fails.
