oa::video::VideoDemuxer

Stateful packet source for one local video track. Metadata is bounded and validated at open. Indexed containers read only the current compressed sample; MPEG-TS assembles one bounded PES at a time. H.264/H.265 length-prefixed samples are normalized to Annex-B and codec parameter sets are prepended to the first keyframe after open or seek.
