oa::ml::nn::Mamba3State

Explicit recurrent cache for one Mamba3 module and batch size. The cache owns the selective state, cumulative rotary angle, previous key, and previous value buffers. It is deliberately separate from the module so independent decoding streams never share hidden mutable state.
